At A Life Line Counseling and Wellness, we believe healing is a holistic process that honors both emotional and inner well-being. We recognize that growth often unfolds in moments of safety, rest, reflection, and honest self-exploration.
Personal beliefs, values, and sources of meaning are respected and welcomed as grounding supports when helpful to the client. Therapy is never prescriptive, but rather a collaborative space where individuals can explore what gives their lives direction, strength, and hope.
We believe that slowing down, listening inward, and letting go of excessive control can be powerful steps toward healing. Our work invites clients to align their inner experiences with their values and sense of purpose, fostering greater clarity, balance, and authenticity in daily life.

I’m here to walk alongside you as you navigate life’s challenges. I offer individualized counseling tailored to your unique needs, supporting concerns such as anxiety, depression, and relationship difficulties in a space rooted in safety and understanding.
Couples counseling is designed to help you and your partner improve communication, navigate conflict, and rebuild emotional connection. I work alongside couples to create a safe, supportive space where both partners feel heard, understood, and supported in strengthening their relationship.
Group therapy can be a powerful way to connect with others who are going through similar challenges. Our group therapy sessions provide a safe and supportive environment where you can share your experiences and learn from others. We offer a variety of group therapy services to meet your needs.
We understand that life can be busy and it's not always easy to make it to in-person therapy sessions. That's why we offer teletherapy services that allow you to connect with our licensed therapists from the comfort of your own home. Our teletherapy sessions are secure, private, and convenient.
I’m a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate (LCMHC-A) and National Certified Counselor (NCC), and the founder of A Life Line Counseling and Wellness, PLLC. At the heart of my work is a deep belief that healing happens when people feel seen, safe, and understood — not rushed, fixed, or reduced to a diagnosis.
I work with children, teens, adults, couples, and families, and I take a relational, trauma-informed approach to therapy. Many of the clients I work with are navigating anxiety, trauma, perfectionism, hyper-independence, identity struggles, life transitions, relationship wounds, and the quiet belief of “I should be able to handle this on my own.” Therapy with me is a space where you don’t have to perform, hold it together, or have the right words — we figure it out together.
My clinical work is integrative and experiential. I draw from modalities such as EMDR, Internal Family Systems-informed care, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), play therapy, expressive arts, sandtray, narrative therapy, and eco-therapy. Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, I tailor therapy to the person sitting in front of me — their story, their nervous system, their culture, their values, and their goals.
I believe healing is both a psychological and deeply human process. When appropriate and desired by the client, I also welcome conversations around spirituality, meaning, and faith as sources of grounding and strength — never imposed, always invited. Therapy can be a place to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and learn how to live with more intention, presence, and self-compassion.
Above all, I see therapy as a collaborative relationship. I walk alongside my clients as they build insight, resilience, and trust in themselves — not just to cope, but to live more fully and authentically.

If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected from yourself, or navigating a difficult season, therapy can help. You don’t need to be in crisis to begin. Many clients come to therapy simply wanting more clarity, balance, or emotional safety in their lives.
Yes. I offer play therapy and developmentally appropriate interventions for children and adolescents. For minors, caregiver involvement is included in a way that supports the child’s emotional safety and growth.
The first session is a space to get to know one another. We’ll talk about what brought you in, your goals, and what you’re hoping therapy can offer. There’s no pressure to share everything at once — we move at a pace that feels safe and respectful.
